Gerry Savage

I'm Gerry Savage a Marine veteran, seasoned sales leader, and someone who genuinely believes in the power of discipline, accountability, and continuous growth. With over 30 years in the medical device industry, I’ve led high-performing teams, earned multiple President’s Club awards, and built a career around helping others succeed.

My journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned what real leadership looks like under pressure. That experience shaped my mindset and laid the foundation for everything I’ve done since from navigating the competitive world of orthopedic sales to building strong, results-driven teams.

Today, I work with business leaders, sales professionals, and organizations that are ready to raise the bar. Whether it's through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or speaking engagements, my goal is simple: help people lead better, sell smarter, and achieve more.

I founded Four Pillars Consulting Group to bring that mission to life. My approach isn’t about theory  it’s about real-world strategies, honest conversations, and a commitment to excellence.

Four Pillars Consulting Group empowers sales professionals, executives, and business leaders through expert sales training, leadership development, and performance coaching.

Founded in 2018 by Gerry Savage, a decorated U.S. Marine veteran and award-winning orthopedic sales leader our firm draws on over 30 years of real-world experience. Gerry has led top teams at companies like Zimmer, Biomet, Conformis, and MicroPort, and authored two bestselling books: "The Four Pillars of Sales" and "The Janitor." He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Philosophy.

Our customized programs focus on personality-driven communication, strategic coaching, and relationship-building techniques to help clients unlock potential, increase sales, and lead with impact.
